Place was Amazing ! Loved the backyard, the grill and hot tub makes it a perfect place to relax after a long day. Also it was clean and kitchen is fully loaded

Our stay at the groovy grouper was amazing! We were just 10 minutes from the beach and I must say that it's the prettiest beach that I've ever been to, I will say that the house needs a small grassy area for dogs to potty and a bag station but other than that, it was perfect! Thank you for the stay and we'll be back.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It was very private. The beach was a very short drive away with the wonderful sound of nature to enjoy every night on the way home from the beach! The property is very well kept! If you are looking for that vacation home away from home this is well worth the stay!! Thank you for making our vacation even better!

This property actually is better than the photos. The house is super clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy a fun beach stay. The king beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were super cute and spacious. The house is about 10 minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes from the bay. The Tiki Bar in the backyard was super fun to hang out with comfy seating. A great place to BBQ and spend the evening together. The cute town of Santa Rosa Beach has great beaches, delicious restaurants and convenient shopping. I highly recommend this rental!
