Pigeon Forge Indoor Pool Cabin

We stayed 4 nights in March 2026. Overall, the stay was average to below average. The price was on the higher end, mainly for the pool. I’ve stayed in cabins in this area many times—this was my first time booking through VRBO.The biggest issue was a broken upstairs A/C. We arrived Saturday, and it wasn’t fixed until Monday. Upstairs (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the game room—about half the cabin) was over 80F and essentially unusable for 2 nights, which was very difficult for a family of five. The host did not offer a reasonable refund.Grades:Location: 9/10 – Close to everything in the area. SUV needed for steep roads.Cabin: 5/10 – Older than photos suggest; uneven feel; poor, sloped parking.Pool: 5/10 – Cold, dirty (gum found), questionable water; door alarm works but lock is unreliable and loud.Hot Tub: 3/10 – Old, weak jets, murky water.Size: 8/10 – Spacious with multiple king rooms and bathrooms.Grill: 0/10 – N/AViews: 9/10 – Great mountain sunrise/sunset.Deck Furniture: 9/10 – Plenty and good quality.Deck: 5/10 – Exposed nails, peeling paint, unsafe railing.Kitchen: 5/10 – Damaged non-stick pots, unsafe toaster, limited cookware.Cleanliness: 6/10 – Acceptable but could improve.Theater Room: 9/10 – Enjoyable but requires personal streaming accounts.Game Room: 5/10 – Minimal, worn options.Clubhouse: 0/10 – Couldn’t access with provided code.Overall: 6/10 Location saved the trip, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We had an issue with the air. They were quick to answer and fix the issue. Very Responsive We had a great stay!

Many reviews explained it could be cleaned better, and that is true. There is no outdoor grill, stove top doesn’t work properly, maintenance needed for many items, we had to plug in every electronic and boot it ourselves, pool has no thermostat and water was cold for a heated pool, hot tub jets sprayed gunk. 3 remotes to 7 tv’s, one for each floor. So each floor shares the remote. We rented the cabin for the amenities listed, and the only true amenity was the theater room.

The cabin n was amazing, we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the game room. Would definitely rent again. The host was great he responded to my message very quickly I highly recommend
