House of Rising Mid-Century Modern Home

Enjoyed our stay. Host was very easy to message for anything and responded quickly. House is very well suited for multiple families and or groups. Loved the patio area, and sunroom the most . We were able to grill out and fish right from the back yard just a few feet away from the lake. Rooms were all a good size. Very close proximity to the main parkway and passed all the necessary shops and restaurants along the way- just a few miles from the front door. Great location. Will return.

Great space allowing four families to spread out and enjoy a long weekend.

The house itself is setup with a layout very conducive to large groups. Unfortunately, the house is aging and things need attention which are being overlooked. Electricity was out in one of the bathrooms, our shower didn’t get enough hot water for the first shower of the day for the house, and there are repairs which haven’t been done or haven’t been done well. It served its purpose for our trip but there is a growing list of items which could use attention. The spaces are wonderful, and everything is setup really well to host large groups. The property is away from the surrounding area and feels nice and tucked away.

Our stay would have been excellent had the bathrooms been cleaner. Some with dirty/dusty floors and counter tops and some with stained glass shower door and walls. I don’t think your 200 cleaning fee is getting the job done.The house was roomy and beautiful.

The property was big enough to fit 2 families and nobody was tripping over each other. The amenities kept everyone busy and having a great time. The outside of the property was well kept. Great time!
