Indoor Pool Cabin, Theater, 7 mi to Dollywood

There wasn’t anything wrong with anything. We’ve just been in better cabins before. We like cabins that look more like a cabin rather than a house. This is me being very very picky. Everything was excellent and in a good location. We just didn’t like the look of the Cabin and would have preferred a wood-burning fireplace.

The accommodations were beautiful great location & great amenities! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect. Pool water was cold. It's not a heated pool. But no complaints.

Great property, the host was extremely quick to respond to an AC issue we had, house was very clean. We had a great time!

Check on was for 4pm... the cleaning crew was still there when I arrived at 430pm.. They told me the schedule did not get updated so they were taking their time. Not the end of the world but not great communication between the management and cleaning company. Also the cleaning crew had their kids in the hot tub... not a great look. We could not cook as the pots and pans were filthy and damaged..There was a decent amount of neglect/previous damage to the cabin. The only major red flag was the hand rail for the pool was badly corroded and not safe. The a/c in the pool room did not work and the room was like a sauna. The rest of the damage was mostly cosmetic but definitely noticeable. When I reached out to the owner he did respond in a reasonable amount of time but the response was i will take care of it after you leave... I just wonder how many others got that same response. We got a last minute booking discount, I would definitely not pay the full price for this cabin.
