Beachfront Sandestin Condo | Pool, Hot Tub & Panoramic Gulf Views

Our family has the absolute best time when we come here. The condo is perfect for our small family and in our opinion, the best condo you can get due to its location in the building and the views! Super clean and up to date!!

Overall good. Pricey for what you get. Needs a very good deep clean, more than just surface level. Could use some updating.

This was the second time we stayed in the unit. This time it rained a lot during the trip. The weather conditions left us stuck inside more, and the space is very small with bad wifi! The living room tv also would work some times and not others. There is also no space to store groceries outside of the refrigerator. The pantry needs to be cleaned out so that you can store groceries if you have a longer stay. We had to leave non-refrigerated groceries out on the counter because of the limited space, and it drove me insane. At one point, we cooked a pizza and had no oven mitts to even pull it out of the oven. The company was nice to come and bring us some after my message, but they brought over stained, used ones. I get they work still but it was very gross. Overall, this space is good for a small family, but you will feel cramped if you have more than 3 adults. The pool upgrade was very nice and the location is very convenient in the building being on the 2nd floor. It must also be noted they are also doing construction daily resurfacing the building. It made daily naps very hard with toddlers. It was constant banging. I don’t recall seeing that message about construction when I booked 3 months ago. I understand that’s out of everyone’s control but young families that have toddlers need to see that note.

The location of this property is a perfect location to the parking lot, beach, and pool. The host was in constant communication and we had a great stay!
