Majestic Mountain Magic

We had a very enjoyable 10 day stay at this cabin. We spent most of our time being out but it was clean and well stocked for anyone who would want to save money by cooking at the cabin. We loved coming back to hot tub at night and waking up to the beautiful mountain sunrise seen through the second floor bed every morning. We even were lucky enough to get a video of a black bear near the driveway one morning. The mountain is located so conveniently close to Dollywood you can hear the train if you are there during park hours. It is just a 10m drive to the Old Mill Square and Patriot Park where you can park for free and take the trolley to save money. Would definitely consider staying again on a future visit.

A beautiful spot for our group of 7 (ages 16-49). Stunning views! Plenty of space and room to stretch out. It’s a winding road up to the cabin, but worth it!!A couple things to note—pay attention to the check in email that gives the correct address. The one in the “directions” section is wrong (a Vrbo glitch). Use the address in the email!The kitchen is spacious and has 90% of the essentials, however, there was limited cleaning supplies for dishes and absolutely nothing in the pantry—plan to pack or purchase all ingredients for your meals. We’ve been spoiled at other properties and have taken advantage of the non-perishables that others have left. While I certainly appreciate the motivation for keeping it wiped clean, it was just different than we were used to. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Note—if you’re packing lunches for hiking, etc, you’ll need to bring/purchase baggies or plastic containers. The hot tub holds 4 adults, max. If your group is larger, you’ll have to soak in shifts—especially if anyone is sitting in the rockers on the deck below! More than 4 and they will get splashed with overflow. Our teenagers learned that lesson in a few short minutes, LOLWe would absolutely stay here again—gorgeous!

Host communication was great, simple arrival / check in process. The property is clean and updated with spectacular views.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the peace and serenity that came with this property. We have a big family and it was more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable, and the view was absolutely spectacular! Thank you for hosting us!
